Terms and Conditions explain how we operate and what you can expect when using our services. By booking with us or visiting our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Services
Tye Clean offers all round general cleaning services for homes, offices, and other properties. Services are subject to availability and are confirmed during booking.
2. Booking And Appointments

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment.

Late cancellations may be charged at the full-service rate.

If we cannot access your property or the environment is unsafe, we may charge a call out fee or cancel the job.

We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule due to unexpected delays.
3. Pricing And Payment

Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment is due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

Late payments may attract a small administration fee.

All pricing and billing practices follow the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Cancellations And Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

We may offer a refund or rebooking if we cancel your service.

Refunds are not offered for completed services unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to fix the issue free of charge. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Access And Safety

Please ensure safe and easy access to the property.

Secure pets, breakables, and any hazardous materials.

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions may result in service refusal or rescheduling.
7. Damages And Liability

We take care during every job, but if something is damaged during service, report it within 24 hours.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Items not disclosed as fragile

Issues caused by faulty fixtures or equipment

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We carry public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
8. Equipment And Products

We bring our own cleaning products and tools.

If you prefer we use your supplies, please let us know beforehand. We are not liable for results using client-provided products.
9. Conduct And Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse service if there is:

Unsafe, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour

Repeated no shows or late cancellations

Unsafe working conditions
